Basic Workweek

In administrative areas, normal business hours are 8 a.m. through 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, due to the nature of the job responsibilities, managerial and confidential employees who are classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act are expected to work the hours necessary to perform their duties and are not limited to the customary hours.
