I grew up in Waterford, Connecticut and went to the University of Connecticut as an undergraduate. I completed my master’s and medical degrees at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. I feel honored to have the opportunity to train and advocate for the classes below me as a Chief Resident. Professionally, I am interested in Pulmonology and Critical Care. My focuses outside of work include running, bicycling, cooking, baking, visiting the beach and watching movies.

I’m originally from Philadelphia, PA, but Connecticut marks the fourth state I’ve lived in! I attended college at Carleton College in Northfield, MN, medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans, and spent a year at Washington University in Saint Louis before moving to Connecticut for residency. I am interested in rheumatology. My hobbies include home renovation and interior design, cooking and baking, and I’m a big fan of Orange Theory Fitness.

I was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. For the first two years of my undergraduate education I froze my toes at the University of Vermont then thawed them back in my birth state while I completed my degree. After graduating, I founded a clinical consulting company and discovered a passion for clinical research. I earned my medical degree in Virginia and am considering a GI fellowship. Outside of academics I enjoy woodworking, painting, and skiing.
