- L4009 – Small Conference Room. Seats 8 around the table with 6 additional chairs available for seating around the perimeter. Equipment: TV screen, computer, white board.
- E4036 – Large Conference Room. 40 chairs in theater style seating; three 6′ tables are also available in the room for use, but not setup. If tables are used, please return to theater style setup before leaving the room.
Equipment: 2 – 55 inch dual monitors, podium and wireless mic* sound system. HDMI cable and connector are supplied – you’ll need to bring an adapter if your laptop does not support full size HDMI port. Sound connections & white boards are also available.*By request only and must be signed out from L4040A
IMPORTANT: All users must clean up after themselves (i.e., tables wiped down, chairs pushed in, etc.) and ensure the equipment & lights are turned off at the conclusion of their meeting.
