The generalist division includes full-time faculty members at Hartford Hospital, The Hospital of Central Connecticut, and UConn Health. These faculty members train the resident staff in the outpatient resident continuity clinics, staff service deliveries and during surgical procedures. In addition, residents work closely with the large private attending staff during their obstetrical and gynecologic cases. The private attendings are teaching faculty at the UConn School of Medicine and are an integral part of our residency program.
