Michael Blinov and Leslie Loew together with a former student Aniruddha Chattaraj (currently a PostDoc at Harvard) published a paper introducing a novel software, MolClustPy, to characterize and visualize the distribution of cluster sizes, molecular composition, and bonds across biomolecular clusters.
