Dr. Ann Cowan co-authored a manuscript from the Inaba lab in Cell Biology that was accepted for publication in PLOS Biology.

Dr. Meagan Cauble’s abstract submission, “Novel SH2-oligo Imaging probes provide a platform for multiplex imaging of the tyrosine phosphoproteome”, has been accepted for a presentation at the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) 2021 annual meeting.

Bruce Mayer, along with CCAM graduate student Adam Lafontaine and faculty colleague Kazuya Machida, submitted a US patent application, ” SH2 domain-based prognostic biomarker for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). “ This application grew out of studies that aimed to correlate quantitative patterns of binding sites for Src Homology 2 (SH2) domains in tumor cells with clinical outcomes, such as likelihood of disease progression and response to therapy.

Michael Blinov received a three-year NSF grant subaward as part of a collaboration with colleagues at the University of Illinois.
