HITEC II STUDY – FITNESS
As a rule of thumb, some physical activity is always better than none. In this fitness section, we explain what physical activity entails, as well as the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In addition, we present examples of types of physical activity in stages of beginner, intermediate and advanced. Lastly, we explain how to calculate calories burned from an activity, as well as resources and links to websites for further reading and information.
