The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is part of the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at UConn Health's Farmington campus. Our division provides a multidisciplinary approach to the evaluation of complex medical problems related to the workplace and/or the environment. We are proud to be a part of one the region's premier research and health care institutions. Founded in 1961, UConn Health pursues a mission of providing outstanding health education in an environment of exemplary patient care, research and public service. With approximately 5,000 employees, UConn Health is Connecticut's 16th largest employer and an important contributor to the local and regional economy.
The UConn Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides statewide coverage through the availability of an affiliate network. All providers are expert and skilled clinicians who have specialized training in the field of employee assistance.
Affiliate offices are located in Avon, Bloomfield, Bridgeport, Burlington, Cheshire, Columbia, Coventry, Danbury, Dayville, Easton, Enfield, Farmington, Glastonbury, Hamden, Hartford, Manchester, Milford, Naugatuck, New Britain, New Haven, Newington, New London, Norwalk, Norwich, Old Lyme, South Glastonbury Stamford, Storrs, Stratford, Tolland, Torrington, West Springfield, MA, Waterbury, Wauregan, and Willimantic.
