At UConn Health, we understand the importance of promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our Well-Being Committee, led solely by fellows, are instructed with organizing social gatherings and other group events throughout the academic year. Fellowship is a time of internal growth and program specific training, so we encourage our fellows to prioritize their mental and physical well-being to reduce burnout and build resilience.
