Do I have vision insurance?

Your eye exams are covered by your medical insurance. You may enroll in an optional Blue View Vision plan which provides discounts on glasses and contact lenses. A separate enrollment form is required and you will be issued a separate ID card. Blue View Vision cannot be continued when you leave our employment.
