Dr. Seetharama is a graduate of Armed Forces Medical College, University of Pune in India. After completing a Masters in Medical Microbiology at West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV, he went on to complete his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UPMC-Mercy, Pittsburgh, PA. He is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and has subspecialty certification in spinal cord injury rehabilitation and sports. Along with being Chief of the Division, Dr. Seetharama is the medical director of the Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network and medical director of Rehabilitation at the Hartford HealthCare Medical Group. He helped establish the Spinal Cord injury rehabilitation continuum at Hartford Hospital and Hospital for Special care. As medical director of Sports Rehabilitation he developed the Concussion Management pathway directed towards high school and middle school sports. He established and continues to manage the first nonoperative spine wellness care center at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT. His areas of interest include spinal cord, adolescent concussions, sports medicine, orthotics and prosthetics, academics, and research.

Dr. Monti is a graduate of University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed residency training in PM&R at the JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute in Edison, NJ. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation . He is currently the Medical Director of The Inpatient Rehabilitation Institute at Hartford Hospital. His areas of interest include Stroke rehabilitation and spasticity Management.
