Summary evaluations:
Milestones-based evaluation at end of monthly clinical rotations

Formative evaluations:
- Checklist evaluations that provide feedback on day-to-day performance
- Work rounds checklist evaluations
- On call checklist evaluations
- Antenatal consult checklist evaluation
- End-of-week signout checklist evaluation
360° Evaluations:
- Family of fellow evaluations
- Peer to peer evaluations (under construction)
- NICU staff (nursing, respiratory, administrative) of fellow evaluations
Serial Testing:
- Subspecialty In-training examinations
- Strategic serial assessments
Entrustable Professional Activities:
Monitoring of progress toward entrustable professional activities, general progress through program, and eligibility for graduation is monitored by:
- Clinical Competency Committee
- Scholarship Oversight Committee
Fellows have the opportunity to evaluate the fellowship program, the faculty, and individual rotations. It is the program’s expectation that the fellow will complete all required evaluations in a timely manner.
