To help monitor progress, we will evaluate Fellows in several ways.
Formal tools to evaluate the fellow are:
- Attending evaluation of competencies during rotation
- Fellow self-evaluation
- Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire
- Midlevel Evaluation
- Milestone Evaluation of Fellow
In addition to the fellow being evaluated, the fellow has the opportunity to evaluate:
- The program
- The faculty they work with
- The rotation (NICU)
