Our division includes physicians, providers and staff members from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. We proud ourselves in the inclusion of team members from different parts of the world. This enriches our program in unique ways which makes us strive to be more inclusive. This encourages team members to be more representative of the patient population they serve and allows our patients and their families to trust the team when providing care to their children. In doing so, we hope to increase interest of under-represented-in-medicine (URM) applicants to our fellowship program, create an environment where URM fellows feel supported and provide our patients with physician role-models.
