During the PGY 6 year, the fellow is expected to develop proficiency in the following procedures:

• Appendectomy
• Pyloric Stenosis
• Child hernia
• CVL
• Endoscopic procedures

During the PGY 7 year, the fellow is expected to develop proficiency in the following procedures:

• Pull through procedures
• Congenital intestinal atresia
• Complex soft tissue tumor removal
• Biliary and Kasai operations
• Premature hernia repair
• Complex adrenal, renal, hepatic tumors
• Esophageal atresia
• Congenital diaphragmatic hernia
• Chest wall reconstruction

Their level of expertise and command of techniques will grow during their rotations and they will gain experience with each case as it comes up.
