Well-Being

Our UConn Acute Care Surgery Fellowship fully recognizes the importance of the well-being of our fellows. We support and foster a healthy work-life balance, and are supportive of all domains, including the emotional, physical, and social, financial, occupational, environmental, spiritual and intellectual well-being of our fellows. We recognize that we all need support in the challenging decision we make and during the difficult periods that inevitably arise. We encourage our residents to prioritize their mental and physical well-being in an effort to reduce burnout and build resilience.
