The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is part of the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at UConn Health's Farmington campus. Our division provides a multidisciplinary approach to the evaluation of complex medical problems related to the workplace and/or the environment. We have been providing EAP services since 1992. Our client organizations represent diverse populations that range in size from less than 10 to over 4,000 employees. We are proud to be a part of one of the region's premier research and health care institutions.
