Bio: Dr. Adrienne Green is a Long Island, NY native, whose studies have taken her all over. Her professional interests include health equity, health policy, medical education, and increasing recruitment and retention of diverse applicants in academic medicine. She is extremely passionate about limb salvage and further characterizing vascular disease in high-risk populations. In medical school, Dr. Green was involved in various diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. These include piloting a bioethics podcast on medical history, establishing her school’s first DEI committee, and expanding efforts to fight vaccine hesitancy in the local community.

Matthew Kahn, M.D.

Dr. Mathew Kahn is a West Virginia Native who was drawn to the UConn integrated vascular residency for the quality of its faculty and the opportunity to take part in a budding program. He is particularly interested in complex endovascular procedures as well as utilizing new and innovative technologies in the operating room. Growing up in a rural community, as well as taking part in multiple international medical trips, has made him passionate about taking care of underserved populations.
