Application Requirements

The Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship Training Program at the University of Connecticut Health Center participates in the San Francisco Matching Program (SF Match). Interested candidates should apply through SF Match.

Fellowship applicants must be board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology by the time they are scheduled to begin the fellowship.
The University of Connecticut School of Medicine Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program only accepts J-1 visas.

The application deadline is August 1. We require submission of:
1) Complete SF Match application through Central Application System
2) Introduction video based on guidelines set forth by the ACMS Fellowship Training Committee
3) Skill set video based on guidelines set forth by the ACMS Fellowship Training Committee

Interviews are by invitation only. Once the application has been reviewed, selected candidates will be contacted by the program coordinator to schedule an interview.
