- Group Dynamics – Individual and Group Leadership Style Survey
- SMART Quality Improvement Team Project – Year End Poster Presentation
- Lead a Mentored Didactic Session and/or Webinar
- Learners will be provided materials that they may use to research and share their expertise in the context of the didactic program. These activities will be supported by mentorship from course faculty. Healthcare leadership topics may include, but not be limited to, oral and written presentation skills, artificial intelligence in health care leadership, financial statements and pro forma development, negotiation skills, curriculum vitae and resume development, negotiation, managing disagreement, emotional intelligence, power and influence, coaching and feedback, mentorship and sponsorship, resilience, leading change, quality improvement, and contextual application of theories and frameworks for leadership within healthcare.
- Reflection Paper (1-2 typed pages) with feedback from course director
- Learners reflect on their growth from participating in the IMPACT Leadership Track and they develop and share an action plan for continued leadership trajectory.
