UConn/Hartford Hospital Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program is currently accepting applications for enrollment in the next academic year, beginning July 1, 2022. Applications are accepted at any point during the third year and early in the fourth year of residency training. Positions are offered on a rolling basis.
Applications should include:
- Two Letters of Reference
- Training Director Letter of Recommendation
a. Documentation Should Verify Rotations and Clinical Exams Completed - Personal Statement
- Curriculum Vitae
- UConn School of Medicine Fellowship Non-ERAS Common Application Form
The following required items should be sent directly from the applicant’s institution to the address below:
- USMLE Scores
- Medical School Transcript and Deans Letter
- Medical School Diploma
Prior to starting, accepted fellow(s) are required to have an active Connecticut medical license.
