Eligibility
Applicants must be in good academic standing and have the written confirmation from their Program Director that the applicant will be supported to participate in the monthly didactic program.
Participant Expectations
- Minimum of 75 percent attendance at scheduled sessions
- Completion of a “Find Your Why” Team Project to clarify skills, purpose, and a trajectory for leadership in health care, development and presentation of a SMART Quality Improvement Project Proposal, participation in a 30-minute coaching / feedback session with the course director (Year 1).
- Completion of a leadership style assessment tool, presentation of a leadership topic from the course outline (reading materials will be suggested), participation in and presentation of a team quality improvement project, submission of a reflection paper with an action plan for anticipated leadership career trajectory (Year 2).

- Program Director letter confirming support for:
- Participation in monthly didactic program (5-7 pm)
- Completion of the additional course requirements
The Program Director letter should confirm that the applicant is in good academic standing.
Fellow Considerations
Fellows in one-year training programs will be considered for direct admission to Year 2 of the IMPACT Leadership Track.
