Well-being is the sense of satisfaction in life, that you feel balanced and are living according to your value system. There are multiple domains that fuel well-being: physical, emotional, social, financial, occupational, environmental, spiritual, and intellectual.
Our fellowship offers a culture of support, one that cultivates continued growth and personal satisfaction. Our goal is to have our fellows grow in their professional development so that they can pursue a successful career.
Every fellow is assigned a faculty advisor at the start of their training. This advisor frequently checks in with them to help with professional development and offer support.
Clinical rotation schedules are designed to meet a fellow’s career goals. The program director can adjust the rotation schedule if they need arises. The program director has a monthly lunch with the fellows to discuss system issues impacting the working environment.
