While we want to support our end-users as much as possible, we have limits to the immediacy and type/amount of support we can provide. We are unable to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We only operate during normal business hours/days Monday – Friday. Please note, U.S. holidays will also impact our availability. During off-hours we are unable to approve project changes, move projects to production, manage account access, or respond to email inquiries.
IMPORTANT: For REDCap emergency issues, such as server down or system errors, please contact Help Desk at 860-679-4400.
We implore users to try to resolve their issue(s) before requesting direct Administrator support. Once users have exhausted all the resources provided below, users may seek individualized support. However, please note that if your question(s) and/or needs are outside of our free support policy, additional fees may apply at an hourly rate of $75.
