Our Hartford HealthCare/UConn Vascular Surgery Fellowship fully recognizes the importance of the well-being of our fellows. We support and foster a healthy work-life balance and are supportive of all domains, including the emotional, physical, social, financial, occupational, environmental, spiritual, and intellectual well-being of our fellows. We recognize that we all need support in the challenging decisions we make and during the difficult periods that inevitably arise. We encourage our residents to prioritize their mental and physical well-being in an effort to reduce burnout and build resilience.
