Evaluations

To help monitor progress, we will evaluate Fellows in several ways. Each longitudinal rotation has an evaluation form that is used to evaluate the fellow’s performance on that aspect of training.

Formal tools to evaluate the fellow are:

  • Site director/supervisor evaluation of competencies during rotation
  • Fellow self-evaluation
  • Procedure Log (fellows are required to maintain a log in MyEvaluations)
  • Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire
  • Conference presentations

In addition to the fellow being evaluated, the fellow has the opportunity to evaluate:

  • The program
  • The faculty they work with
  • The rotation
