Andrea Orsey, M.D., MSCE, developed the University of Connecticut School of Medicine’s Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program at Connecticut Children’s and has been the program director since its inception in 2017. The Division of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology is headed by Dr. Ching Lau, an authority in genomics and molecular biology of brain tumors and solid tumors. The Division has 10 board-certified faculty members and 14 advanced practitioners. The Division is well supported by experienced nurses, social workers, psychologists, genetic counsellors, and administrative staff.
