Nephrology Fellows’ Educational Conference
Lifelong learning is a core value of our nephrology fellowship. This reflects the evolving nature of medicine over time. All physicians, not just academic physicians, have the responsibility to remain current, curious, and evidence-driven throughout their careers. Our Fellows’ Educational Conference is designed to cultivate this mindset by providing structured, high-yield learning experiences that reinforce foundational nephrology knowledge including physiology and core clinical topics, promote critical appraisal of literature, discuss board review questions, and encourage active participation in clinical discussions. Fellows develop the skills needed to continuously update their clinical practice through case-based reviews, faculty and fellow led lectures, journal clubs, clinicopathology conferences and research conferences. This aims to help the fellows contribute meaningfully to scholarly dialogue and ultimately deliver the highest standard of care to patients.
