Thank you for considering our fellowship program for your training! After your year with us you will be well versed in comprehensive patient-centered epilepsy care, adept in in clinical research, and will have opportunities to influence the field of epilepsy at a national level.

The UConn School of Medicine/Hartford HealthCare Epilepsy Fellowship is a one-year ACGME accredited epilepsy fellowship program. We accept 1 fellow per year. The fellows gain structured clinical experience at three sites - Hartford Hospital, UConn John Dempsey Hospital, and Connecticut Children’s.

Hartford HealthCare Ayer Neuroscience Institute Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, based at Hartford Hospital, is a NAEC designated level 4 epilepsy center. The Epilepsy Center at UConn, affiliated with the Ayer Neuroscience Institute, is a NAEC level 3 center.
