Fellowship Rotations include:

• 5 months of inpatient consultation at John Dempsey Hospital
• 2 months of home hospice
• 1 month of inpatient hospice at The Connecticut Hospice
• 1 month of long-term care
• 1 month of outpatient experience (in addition to continuity clinic)
• 2 weeks of pediatric experience at Connecticut Children’s Hospital
• 4-6 weeks of elective time
• 4 weeks of vacation
