In a multidisciplinary, collaborative fashion, the Division of Neurosurgery is committed to providing the best possible care for diseases affecting the nervous system. Neurosurgery Training
The neurosurgical faculty at UConn Health is committed to the education of the next generation of physicians caring for neurological disorders. In an environment that provides exemplary patient care, residents, fellows, and medical students are educated in clinical decision making, technical neurosurgery, continuing education, and interpersonal and communication skills.
Research
The Division of Neurosurgery is dedicated to improving patient care through collaborative basic, translational, and clinical research. World class resources for this are available through the University of Connecticut, The Jackson Laboratory, and our national collaborations.
