The Barney Fitness Center at Hartford Hospital
The Barney Fitness Center is located at the Hudson street entrance to the employee garage. Access to the facility is through the garage with an active Hartford Hospital or Connecticut Children’s ID badge.
Hours of Operation
The facility is open to employees 24/7 weekly and is staffed Monday through Friday from 6:00a.m. – 7:00p.m.
Everyone wishing to enroll must have a current Hartford Hospital badge. In addition, you must complete a Health Questionnaire, Agreement and Release of Liability form.

Fitness Center at Hospital of Central Connecticut
The Cohen Good Life Fitness Center is available to all Capital Area Health Consortium residents and fellows who have a valid Hartford Healthcare employee badge. In order to access this benefit, you must complete enrollment paperwork. There is no contract and no annual fee.
