- Pain Management– Chronic pain care with interventional procedures, including intra‑articular and trigger point injections at the CESI Center.
The Center for Education, Simulation & Innovation (CESI) is an international destination for training, education, and medical device development, located right on the Hartford Hospital campus.
- Sports Medicine– Longitudinal event coverage, orthopedic collaboration, and dedicated sports medicine rotations
- Academic – OMM teaching and curriculum development
- Independent Practice – Preparation for a cash‑based or independent OMM practice

- 3 Blocks of Inpatient Osteopathic Medicine
- 1 Block Rheumatology
- 1 Block Neurosurgery/Orthopedics
- 1 Block Pain Management
- 1 Block Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- 1 Block Occupational Medicine
- 1 Block Sports Medicine
- 1 Block ONMM clinic Intensive
- 3 Months Electives
- Weekly Osteopathic Didactics
- OMM continuity clinic during all rotations
