We are committed to supporting our REDCap end-users; however, there are limits to the immediacy and scope of assistance we can provide.

Support Hours

Our team is available Monday–Friday during normal business hours. We do not provide after-hours, weekend, or 24/7 support. Please note: U.S. holidays will affect our availability.

During off-hours, we are unable to:

  • Approve project changes
  • Move projects to Production
  • Manage or modify account access
  • Respond to email inquiries
