Access myHealthONE

Important Information Regarding Your Patient Portal

UConn Health is providing our patients greater control over their health care. We are proud to introduce myHealthONE, your new, secure online patient portal and app that allows you and your family to take a more hands-on approach to managing your health care.

With myHealthONE, you can:

  • Communicate with Your Doctor
    Get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home
  • Access Your Test Results
    No more waiting for a phone call or letter – view your results and your doctor's comments within days
  • Request Prescription Refills
    Send a refill request for any of your refillable medications
  • Manage Your Appointments
    Request your next appointment, or view details of your past and upcoming appointments
  • Pay Your Bill Online
  • View Health Summary Records
    See allergies, immunizations, and medications
  • Request a Referral to a Specialist

To access myHealthONE, you will need an access code, which will be provided to you at your next visit. If you don't have an access code, use the option to sign up online.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while UConn Health providers and staff transition to a new electronic health record system.

Existing NextGen and Relay Health Users

Please note, after April 28, 2018, our previous patient portal will not be actively updated by providers and staff at UConn Health. All current patient portal users are encouraged to enroll in myHealthONE, and take advantage of the new tools and functionality myHealthONE offers. Your information will remain in the existing portal until March 2019.
