The Multiple Sclerosis Clinic at UConn Health offers comprehensive care for patients with MS, as well as related disorders including neuromyelitis optica (NMO), neurosarcoidosis, autoimmune encephalitis, and CNS vasculitis. Our team includes Dr. Matthew Tremblay, a neurologist with fellowship training in MS and autoimmune neurology, as well as Elaine Cornean, APRN, an advanced practice registered nurse with experience in MS. The Multiple Sclerosis Clinic at UConn Health also offers access to numerous specialists whose areas of expertise will help you manage symptoms associated with MS, including physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians, psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, and urologists. We offer botulinum toxin injections for the management of spasticity. We also provide opportunities to participate in basic and clinical research projects, as well as access to clinical trials.

Our clinic is conveniently located just below the outpatient infusion center, on the third floor of the beautiful new UConn Health Outpatient Pavilion. Please call 1-84-GET-UCONN for more information or request an appointment online to visit our MS Clinic.
