How to submit a study coordination request:

• Fill out our Clinical Study Interest form – this will give us some basic information on the study and allow us to start our review.
• Send us the protocol if you have it
  • NOTE: If the sponsor sends you a CDA to sign it needs to be reviewed by our Office of Clinical & Translational Research before signature.
• We’ll review your request and contact you for more information if needed.  We’ll get back to you within 2 weeks to discuss the needs and let you know if our office will be able to supply the support you’ve requested.
