Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant

I am from Huntington, NY, and have obtained my undergraduate degree in health sciences from Quinnipiac University in May of 2023.

The highlight of my experience before PA school was volunteering in my town’s all-volunteer ambulance agency, helping as an EMT and dispatcher. In addition, I gained valuable experience as a physical therapy aide and in other EMT positions. In Connecticut, I’ve enjoyed being a volunteer with Greater New Haven Habitat for Humanity since 2019 and serving as president of the Quinnipiac Rotaract Club in 2022–23.

I wanted to join UST/AS so that I am equipped with the tools to recognize and address the needs of future patients—needs that are created by socio-economic disparities. I want to be proactive and hands-on in the Connecticut underserved populations as both a community member and future medical provider, so that health education and promotion can be more accessible.
