While aging is an inevitable part of life, no two individuals experience aging in quite the same way. Biological aging represents the major risk factor shared between common chronic diseases such as arthritis, cancer, dementia, and heart disease.
We will discuss lifestyle strategies, as well as emerging geroscience-guided therapies designed to target biological aging that have the potential to slow the onset and progression of multiple different chronic diseases in late life, thus adding both years to life and life to years.
