Neuroscience

The Neuroscience Graduate Program emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to research with the goal of understanding the normal function and disorders of the nervous system. The interdepartmental program currently has 38 faculty and 19 predoctoral students, and encompasses experimental approaches spanning molecular and systems neuroscience, including areas of cellular, molecular, and developmental neurobiology; neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, neurochemistry, neuropharmacology, and neuropathology.

Admissions Note

The GRE General Exam is no longer required NOR considered for admission to the Biomedical Science Ph.D. program.
