Urologic Cancers

Our urologists are specially trained in the diagnosis and surgical management of prostate, bladder, kidney, testis, penile, and adrenal cancers. Urologic cancers may present with a variety of symptoms including blood in the urine or difficulty with urination. Others can be identified by blood tests such as prostate specific antigen (PSA) for prostate cancer. Most, however, have no symptoms and are discovered on imaging tests such as CT scans or ultrasounds performed for other reasons. Regardless of the situation, our urologists employ a multidisciplinary approach, utilizing radiation and medical oncologists as necessary to develop individualized treatment plans specific to each patient.
