The University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Office of Community and Continuing Medical Education and the CT AHEC, has come together to offer the Interprofessionality: Teaching Team-Based Care. This program is intended to help primary care and specialty physicians, physician assistants, dentists, APRNs, and pharmacists around teaching health profession students for interprofessional team-based care.
