Earn CME With Using UpToDate With the Mobile App

One of the many ways you can earn CME at your finger-tips is using a program called “UpToDate”! It is offered through the UConn Health Sciences Library. Description: Evidence-based, physician-authored clinical decision support resource with over 10,000 topic reviews, each of which answers multiple clinical questions.

Steps: Go to UpToDate online and register for an account. Then download the UpToDate app from your device’s app store and sign into the app with your account credentials. You must use the app on campus, log in to your UpToDate account online on campus, or log in to your UpToDate account online via the off-campus (Proxy) connection every 90 days in order to keep your account active. You’ll receive an email reminder from UpToDate when you need to re-verify your affiliation.
