Driving Directions

10 Discovery Drive is a newly established road, your GPS may not recognize that specific location. Alternatively, you can use 263 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT 06030 for the address that will bring you directly to the UConn Health.

Turn right at the third stop light – note the big blue sign “UConn Health". Proceed straight until you reach the roundabout. You will see the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine (JAX-GM) building in front of you. Take the first right out of the roundabout, then immediately turn left into the JAX-GM main parking lot in front of the building. The main parking lot is directly in front of and around the side of the building. If that lot is full, please proceed to the parking lot adjacent to the building (to the right of the building as you face the front door). If a Security Officer is not at the entrance to the lot, pull up to one of the gates and press the button to be connected with Security, and the gate will be raised.

 

Please note that there is limited parking at JAX-GM, so, we ask that you consider carpooling, if possible; or if you are an employee of UConn Health, we ask that you consider parking in your regular spot and walking to JAX-GM.

 Traveling on I-91 South

  • Take I-91 South to Exit 32A to I-84 West, toward Waterbury
  • Take EXIT 39 toward CT-4/Farmington
  • Stay in the right lane
  • Take exit connector road to traffic light and turn right onto Farmington Avenue/Route 4
  • Turn right at the third stop light – Note the big blue sign “UConn Health"
  • Merge into the roundabout and take the first exit onto Discovery Drive
  • Turn left into the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine (JAX-GM) main parking lot in front of the building

 

Traveling on I-91 North

  • Take I-91 North to Exit 22N to CT-9 N, toward New Britain
  • Take EXIT 32 on the left to I-84 W, toward Waterbury
  • Stay in the right lane
  • Take EXIT 39 CT-4/Farmington
  • Take exit connector road to traffic light and turn right onto Farmington Avenue/Route 4
  • Turn right at the third stop light – Note the big blue sign “UConn Health"
  • Merge into the roundabout and take the first exit onto Discovery Drive
  • Turn left into the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine (JAX-GM) main parking lot in front of the building

Parking

The JAX-GM main parking lot is directly in front of and around the side of the building. If that lot is full, please proceed to the parking lot adjacent to the building (to the right of the building as you face the front door).
