    Title: Exploring Adolescent Substance Use in Connecticut in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Multi-Method Design.
    Doctoral Field of Study: Public Health
    About the Dissertation: This study examined how COVID-19–related factors (such as adverse childhood experiences, mental health challenges, and racial/ethnic and socioeconomic disparities) shaped adolescent substance use in Connecticut. Using qualitative focus groups and statewide survey data, it explored patterns of use and adolescents’ experiences during the pandemic.
