Hannah Odom, UConn School of Social Work, 2025

I was born and raised in Connecticut where I obtained my bachelor’s in criminal justice with a minor in psychology. While in college, I volunteered for an organization called Art From The Heart where we would re-do rooms of children with cancer. I currently work as a behavior technician at a clinic for children with special needs; some with both behavioral and physical health needs. I also enjoy volunteering at my local food pantry on the weekends.

I hope my knowledge of psychology and mental health, as well as knowledge gained from UST will improve the overall quality of treatment, I provide to the individuals I work with in the future.
