Alexander Taylor

Born and raised in New Hampshire, I moved to Connecticut to study nursing at Quinnipiac University. I then went on to complete a pre-medicine post-baccalaureate program at the UConn Storrs campus. Prior to attending medical school, I worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care units at Yale New Haven Hospital. I was drawn to the AHEC Scholars Program for its emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration. I value strong teamwork and communication as a vital tool for improving the quality of patient care.
