Marsha Murray-Omega

CPES Program Evaluator

Marsha Murray is a Research Associate II at CPES, with a master’s degree in research, statistics, and measurement. She previously worked under former CPES director Dr. Jane Ungemack and has returned with enhanced expertise. Marsha brings extensive experience in project and team management, collaborating on federal grants addressing adolescent substance use, working with government agencies and health disparity programs. She has developed social marketing campaigns and contributed to CPES’s online content creation. Currently, she is working on a SAMHSA grant to prevent drug and opioid overdose-related deaths. Marsha also leads the evaluation of the Statewide Opioid Response (SOR) grant. Marsha’s research interests center on program evaluation, health equity, and public administration.
