In addition to the SEOW Prevention Data Portal, CPES utilizes various data resources to inform its work. Other resources are used to help support the overall function of CPES. Each of these resources can be found below:
CT Data Collaborative (CT DATA)
Striving for informed decision-making across Connecticut, the CT Data Collaborative empowers an ecosystem of data users by democratizing access to public data and building data literacy. In addition to making data available, and staffing the Data Academy, CT Data manages content and functionality of CPES’ SEOW Prevention Data Portal.
CT Open Data Initiative and Portal
The Open Data Initiative and Portal, formed as result of Governor Malloy’s Executive Order 39, provides open access to state agency data in its rawest form, as well as analysis and dissemination of the State’s enterprise information assets.
At DataHaven, our mission is to empower people to create thriving communities by collecting and ensuring access to data on well-being, equity, and quality of life. We have served Connecticut as a nonprofit organization since 1992, working with many partners to develop reports, tools, and technical assistance programs that make information more useful to local communities.
DrugFreeCT is administered by the Connecticut Clearinghouse, a program of Wheeler Clinic, Inc., and funded by the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. DrugFreeCT.org is Connecticut’s premier resource on substance misuse and addiction including the full continuum of prevention, early intervention, treatment, and recovery.
