Business Service Manager

Emy was promoted to Business Service Manager in December 2023, after joining the HDI team in April 2020 as Administrative Program Coordinator. Before coming to HDI, Emy worked at the Department of Surgery, CICATS, and Musculoskeletal Institute, where she was Administrative Program Assistant. Before joining UConn Health in 2016, Emy worked at Hartford Healthcare for over 20+ years, where she acquired a vast experience in administration management. Emy became a Certified Medical Office Assistant in 2016 and is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals since 2022. Emy is excited and humbled to be working with the team at HDI and the CT community.
